If a rights holder claims infringement, the platform may delete, block, or remove content as needed without prior notice.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have rights and permissions, and that your content does not infringe on others. You grant the App a worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content.
The App may review, delete, or modify user content to comply with laws and platform policies. Non-compliant content may be removed without notice.
If you violate this agreement, the App may terminate your license, close your account, and take legal action. You will lose access to services. Paid fees are generally non-refundable.
The App is not responsible for any loss or damage from user actions or content. You bear the risk of using the App. The platform is also not liable for third-party use or distribution of user content.
You agree to follow the App's Privacy Policy regarding collection, use, storage, protection, and sharing of your personal information. The platform implements technical and managerial measures to prevent data leaks, misuse, or unauthorized access.
